Patterns of Perception: Neurodiversity
Sat 14 March & Sun 15 March 2026
Dr Massimo Mangialavori

A two-day seminar with globally renowned Italian homeopath Dr Massimo Mangialavori, dedicated to deepening clinical work with neurodiverse patients. Drawing on decades of practice, research, and meticulously documented cases, Massimo will explore how to take and understand neurodiversity cases in real-life settings, highlighting what to listen for, how to recognise recurring themes, and how to navigate complexity in both children and adults. Through live case examples and discussion, participants will be guided step by step from first interview through analysis to long-term case management, with a particular focus on maintaining clinical rigour while respecting each patient’s unique experience.
Massimo will show how his Method of Complexity in Homeopathic Medicine integrates philosophy, materia medica, medical training, anthropology, and modern classifications into a practical model that helps practitioners see relationships, remedy families, and deeper narratives beneath surface behaviour. For homeopaths and students wishing to work more confidently with autism, ADHD, OCD, learning differences, and other expressions of neurodiversity, this seminar offers a rare opportunity to study directly with a teacher who has helped shape contemporary homeopathic thinking worldwide.
If you can join us in person for two wonderful retreat days of teaching, socialising and being together for meals, community and homeopathy. If you can not be with us in person then join online via Zoom for a truly engaging weekend of great hiomeopathy.

About Massimo
After graduating in Medicine and specialising in Food Science, Massimo’s early interest in medical anthropology guided him towards Classical Homeopathy, which he has practised with dedication for many years.
His research, clinical experience, and reflections led him to develop the Method of Complexity in Homeopathic Medicine, a model that integrates scientific rigour with holistic understanding. Massimo has presented this method internationally, combining teaching, publications, and carefully documented clinical cases.
He has collaborated with numerous homeopathic schools and associations worldwide, contributing to educational projects, clinical supervision, and the exchange of ideas across different cultures. His publications include works on materia medica, homeopathic families, and methodology, which are widely studied by colleagues.
Massimo continues to focus on teaching and mentoring students and practitioners, directing the Ianua Medica Amiata Association, and promoting rigorous clinical practice. Through decades of work, he has shaped modern homeopathy by combining scientific observation, case documentation, and an understanding of the complexity of human health.

What I value most in Massimo's teaching is his precision. He shows us how to meet neurodiverse patients with curiosity, structure and genuine understanding, while never losing sight of the complexity that makes each case unique. These two days will give practitioners practical tools they can use immediately in clinic, as well as a deeper appreciation of Massimo's methodology. It's a privilege to welcome him back.
Mani Norland, Principal

Learning with Massimo is always transformative. His depth of experience with neurodiverse patients opens up new ways of seeing and working that stay with you long after the seminar ends. I can't wait for us to gather for two rich days of teaching, shared meals and real connection - and for those joining us online, you'll feel very much part of the experience. This is truly a special opportunity.
